Yourself dancing
Balancing
Simply Being

It is yourself a vehicle to the world.
To this human experience
Embrace
not the mind
but the wholeness of the existence.

So then dance
Celebrate
This life

Βροχή

Νιώθω σαν να σταμάτησε μολις η βροχή
και αφού έπλυνε πρωτα τα παντα τριγύρω
τώρα λάμπουν από τον ήλιο
που πλέον δεν τον κρύβουν τα σύννεφα.

Όλα είναι όμορφα και φωτεινά
Λουσμένα με αυτή την αίσθηση φρεσκάδας
Ένας καλός οιωνός

Ναι! Μπορώ να πετάξω
Μπορώ να αποχωριστώ τα παλιά
Μπορώ να απολαύσω τη στιγμή και
να συνεχίσω με ελαφρότητα.

Με ανοιχτή καρδιά
κοιτάω μπροστά και αγναντεύω
Με ζεστασιά ανάμεσα στα χέρια
στην καρδιά, στο στήθος, στο στομάχι, στο λαιμό,
Από τη γη στον ουρανό
Από την ανατολή στη δύση

από μέσα προς τα έξω
Βγαίνει φωνή
καθαρη σαν κρύσταλλο
Το βουνό με χαιρετά
